I'm Juro Kothari. Welcome to my site.

I have been building structures in Second Life since September of 2003, and began marketing prefabricated homes under the juro kothari homes name that same month.

I started juro kothari homes as a way to bring exciting, quality homes to SL residents at a reasonable cost. Featuring innovative designs with SL's unique topography in mind, the homes are built to take in those great SL sunsets.

New prefab arrives!
A new prefab, The Montauk, inspired by the northern sims, has arrived. The modern beach house is perfect to use as a second home or a smaller primary home.

Alice Mountain House custom build complete
My latest custom, a Mountain lodge style home, was recently completed and delivered to the new owner.

You Name It! Contest on hold
As I got ready to deploy the new house, Model 'X', I stumbled upon an issue that prevents The Placement Sphere from working properly. Work is underway to launch a new placement system and the contest will resume at that time. If you've entered the contest, fear not, I have your information and we will pick up where we left off.

Cellardoor II Custom Build Nears Completion
The Cellardoor II residence is finally gaining momentum again and we're on our way to completion. I've added a really nice water feature that brings water into the living space and have reworked the main staircase in the house.
